Join pregnant and postnatal women for 45 minutes of full-body, gentle conditioning.

Located in the medical district Rancho and Alta area.

We are a house made into a studio with a beautiful Zen garden surrounding.

PRICE:

FOCUS:

Our focus in this class is pelvic health, proper breathing, and posture during and after pregnancy.

Your instructor, Alison Marsh, will guide you through exercises modified to your specific needs in your prenatal or postnatal stage.

Alison is the founder and instructor of the DK Body Pregnancy Pilates Teacher Training, and YourPregnantCore.com, and is considered an expert in pre and postnatal Pilates exercise. Alison gave birth to her son, Zech, in July of 2015.

You will be in trusting hands as Alison takes you through a modified Pilates movement routine at a beginning/intermediate level.

DOCTOR CLEARANCE:

Please check with your doctor before attending class. We cannot allow participation if you have not had clearance to exercise from your doctor.

WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR:

Designed for prenatal women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters, and postnatal women 4-6 weeks postnatal and beyond. Babies up to 6 months are welcome.IMG_4593

Women who are not pregnant or postnatal are welcome and encouraged to join the class, as pelvic health is important during all stages of our lives.
